It is the policy of Dooley Rumble Group to provide for its customers, freight forwarding, transport services, warehousing and packing facilities that meet the specified contractual requirements with regard to punctuality, safety and reliability and in addition, meet all the relevant statutory requirements.

To achieve this, the company has established and maintains a quality assurance system which meets all the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, as applied to the activities of the company.

The quality system requires that:

• All of the company's personnel are informed of the importance of meeting customers' requirements and the requirement that they work in accordance with the company's quality manual and supporting documentation;
• All activities are planned, controlled and monitored in a systematic manner;
• Records are kept which substantiate the effectiveness of the processes used throughout each operation performed;
• Objective evidence of quality levels achieved can be demonstrated when required;
• The directors are committed to analysing the performance of the organisation and investigating ways of continually improving the services provided.
