Dooley Rumble - Ready Steady Cook

Dooley Rumble managers put their culinary skills to the test this month when the 2 teams of "Dooley's Delights" and "Rumble's Relish" rose to the challenge and prepared a 2 course meal in just under 1 1/2 hours.
Each team, took part in a quiz to win their provisions. "Dooley's Delights" stormed ahead and selected their items first and produced a ravishing dish: "Stuffed Chicken a la Dooley" served on a bed of tagliatelle and roasted peppers followed by "Strawberry Cheesecake with Kiwi".
"Rumble's Relish" prepared a sumptuous platter of "Spicy Morrocan Salmon" served with roasted vegetables on a bed of couscous. Dessert was a "Sweet Delight" of fruit skewkers, meringue and a rasberry coulis.
A good time was had by all!
