Dooley Rumble hosted a special visit in August for foreign students studying Anglo-Turkish trade.
A team of 24 Turkish students will be given an insight into the structure of a major logistics operation and learn more about its trade programme.
The tour, which took place on the 4th August in Great Blakenham, is part of a wider initiative to encourage more collaborate working between countries and their respective education systems.
It has been collectively organised by UK-based Institute of Export in Peterborough and ITS Training Services in Felixstowe, together with Turkey-based Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Van, Yuzuncu Yil (100th Year) University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Science, and
Beyaz Study Abroad Limited.
So far in their international experience, the students have been training within the Training centre of ITS Training Services on all aspects of Worldwide International Trade, and experiencing on-site visits to major distribution points throughout Suffolk.
Dooley Rumble is well placed to offer such a detailed insight into logistics and European trade. Since it was founded in 1986 it has developed a strong reputation for freight-forwarding, warehousing and distribution.

Dooley Rumble has broadened its operation a number of times in recent years. In 2000 it developed an export packing department, and only last year it gained certification to provide Driver CPC training.
Its site has substantial warehouse space which can be leased by external companies for a project-life or extended period.
ITS Training Services, offers specialised training to companies involved in international trade and importing, legal frameworks, financial procedures and payments, the movement of cargo, including dangerous goods and perishables, and insurance.
