Export Packer/ Case Maker : Experience working with wood/tools & machinery essential.

• Making crates to specific measurements.
• Driving licence essential,
• Counterbalance desirable.

Purchase Ledger Clerk: We require a Full time (37.5hrs per week) Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within our Finance team at our Head Office site in Claydon, Ipswich .

The responsibilities of the role includes; receiving, logging and matching invoices, statements and delivery notes, ensuring payment runs are completed within specified time frames and resolving queries in accordance with deadlines. Applicants should be confident in liaising with internal and external suppliers and experienced month end procedures in order to ensure all responsibilities are completed in a time efficient manner.

Distribution Co-ordinator: A self-motivated and flexibile individual sought to join the vehicle / traffic planning team. Responsibilities include; monitoring drivers hours and vehicle defect & maintenance, booking serviceing, liaising with drivers' throughout the day to ensure delivery and collection times are met. As well as planning palletized goods the team also plan restitution of containers, liaising with our drivers as well as subcontractors. Applicants would preferably have experience dealing with palletized goods, as well as an understanding of driving hour regulations. There is an amount of administrative duties to be completed and therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft packages is required and experience producing quotations is advantageous. Awareness of Uk geography along with experience useing VBS, Destin8 or other Freight related software is condsidered beneficial.
